The Eastwood Homeowners Association exists to maintain the appearance, value, and shared spaces of our community, and to give every homeowner a clear, single place to find the information they need.

What do my HOA dues cover?
Dues typically cover common area landscaping and maintenance, community signage and lighting, insurance for shared property, and a reserve fund for future repairs. Edit this answer to reflect your association's actual budget.
Do I need approval before making exterior changes to my home?
Most exterior changes — fences, paint colors, additions, sheds — require an Architectural Change Request before work begins. Download the form in the Documents section and submit it to the board for review.
When are board meetings, and can I attend?
Board meetings are open to all homeowners. See the Events section for dates and times. We encourage residents to attend and share feedback.
How do I report a maintenance issue or concern?
Email the board at info@eastwoodhoa.com with a description and, if possible, a photo. We'll follow up as soon as we can.
